down even though material costs have skyrocketed in the last few years.

we manufacture are indeed Heirlooms and Heirloom Toys that will last the test of time.

PROFILE
Nu -Cut Wood Products, LLC was officially established in 1988.
My actual wood experience started in 1975 when my first daughter learned
to walk. Since that time, I have designed and built many Heirloom wooden toys for
both of my daughters and for retail stores. In 1988, I undertook a challenge to build a
Barbie Doll
size All Wood Doll House that was of Heirloom quality and design.
I felt that if we could produce an affordable product that met that goal while
exceeding our competitors products, then we should make them. Our company
history reflects our commitment to you the customer. Please visit the

AT TIME OF DELIVERY
(DAMAGED MERCHANDISE)
Upon receipt, promptly inspect all packages for shipping
damage prior to opening any box. Make note of any shipping damage on the UPS
or FedEx receipt
form and have the driver sign in concurrence. If the driver has dropped off the box and then left,
and upon your inspection you discover noticeable damage to outside of shipping
container, immediately call the local UPS or FedEx office
number and
ask them to return to annotate and sign their concurrence on the receipt form
prior to opening the package.
Take pictures of the damaged shipping container and then open to inspect for
damage within. If further damage has occurred to contents, Please
contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate steps to
rectify the shipment to your satisfaction and to submit the appropriate claim to
the shipping company. Time is of the essence. Any damage must be reported by us before 10 days
for the claim with UPS/FedEx to be valid. We cannot process a claim
after the 10 day time frame for damage claims.
Save all packing materials and contact us immediately at
martin@xmission.com or 801-254-6366. Failure to give notice regarding shipping or
packaging damage within 3 days after receipt of shipment shall be deemed an acceptance
of the goods received. Keep the
UPS or FedEx Receipt so that we can assess accountability for any damage.
FREE Domestic SHIPPING within the Lower 48 States of America on Orders $99.00 and Over.
ATTN:
Military Personnel.
We now ship to
APO's and
FPO's.
You will need to call or email us for US Postal shipping prices based on
your specific Order & final destination. Normal deliveries to the APO are from 7
to 10 days but please allow two weeks for delivery. Military
shipments have also been know to take up to one month to receive so please order
early enough to get your dollhouse in time.

outside of the USA.
We are now receiving a great discount when we use FedEx & UPS International
and am happy to pass those savings onto you great customers. FedEx
& UPS ships door to door with guarantee delivery usually within 7
days. We compare
quotes to make sure you get the best shipping price. Excellent dependable
service from our location to yours so
please contact us with your Order information so that we can provide you
with great discounted Shipping costs to your destination. Because
we care.

SHIPPING & RETURN/REFUND POLICY
We accept returns within 3 days from the date of
delivery. All products must be unopened and returned in
original packaging. You must receive authorization from us before
returning any items. If you fail to receive authorization from us prior to
sending us a return, your refund may be delayed. Please include your
reason for returning the products.
Returned products will be inspected for damage and/or missing parts and will be
assessed appropriate charges prior to any refund. Sorry,
but we cannot refund your shipping costs to our destination. We must also
subtract our initial shipping costs from your refund. We also charge a
20% restocking fee. Please email us at
martin@xmission.com for authorization prior to making a return to minimize
any delays in receiving your refund. NU-CUT Wood Products wants you to be satisfied with your
purchase, so please call us prior to returning any items so that we may have an
opportunity to rectify any of your concerns prior to your return. In any
case, ABSOLUTELY No Return Items Without Prior
Authorization. ATTN: Please be sure the product you order is exactly
what you want to avoid any unnecessary shipping costs. Also, Please notify us immediately regarding any cancellations or
changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel an order prior to shipping. Once shipped
you will have to follow the instructions as outlined in the "Shipping &
Return/Refund Policy". You can either email us at
