ATTN: You can call in your order 801-254-6366, mail in or FAX your Order. Prior to mailing or faxing you will need to fill out the Order Form including Credit Card information. Fax to 801-254-0674. You can either enter information via Computer then print Form to be Faxed or print Form and fill out longhand prior to Faxing. Order Form Entry instructions on the computer Please make your selection by entering the number of items you want in the Qty. box [ ] then press the "Tab" key ONLY, or you can print out the form and fill it out by hand. Example: To order 1 each Chalet Doll House, enter the number 1 in the Qty. box [ ] then Press the Tab key ONLY. The Unit packaged Weight and Dollar (U.S) amount will automatically be entered. DO NOT press the "Enter" key for any entries on this form. After you are through entering all of your items; the Sub Total, Total Weight, Shipping Charges (FREE over $99 purchase for lower 48 states), Package & Handling fees and TOTAL Charges will automatically be calculated & entered on the Order Form. If you make a mistake or change your mind on a specific Qty. or item, you can either highlight the Qty. item box [ ] and type over it with the correct quantity or hit the "Delete" button on your computer or "LAST RESORT" select the [Reset Form] button located below the "FORM" or located below the "SHIP TO" address. NOTE: The [Reset Form] button will clear the whole page, and then you're going to have to start all over again! Now you need to fill out the Credit Card information and Ship To if different from the Credit Card address indicating which form of Payment you wish to make prior to faxing, phoning, emailing or mailing your Order. |

First, you will need
to fill out the Order Form on the computer.
Either Call in your Order, FAX (preferred) your Order or mail in your order with payment or
payment information. (do not send cash).
If by Cashers Check or Money Order, make Payment to: "NU-CUT Wood Products"
Mail to: P.O. Box 95713, South Jordan
UT 84095. Follow up with a phone call or email to notify me that
your Order is on the way. As soon as your Order Form and
Payment or payment information are received, you will be immediately notified via email
that your Order Form was received. Merchandise
is normally shipped within 2 business days depending upon stock
availability and Order date.
