These are Dollhouses for children to be played with and are true Toy Heirlooms that
will be handed down from one generation to the next. If you're looking for
an "Antique Road Show" type Heirloom that will increase in value, these are the
right
Dollhouses for you. Other dollhouse's on the WEB cannot claim that they
are "Proudly
Made in America" because they are not. When they say
"Only Available in the USA" or
"Find them in the USA", they are trying to fool you into believing they
are made here. They are actually Made in China, or other
third world countries. They are flimsy, crude in
construction using inferior products and lack a quality finish and appearance.
They are not made to last the test of time. They use plastics that break,
thin photo
finished paper backgrounds to mask the thin pressed wood or standard rough on
one side
plywood used in hidden construction. "Scored" grooves for
assembly (Scored = barely
marked with no slotted grooves which lack strength in joining and assembly). They also use thin MDF "manufactured density fiberboard" better
known as (pressed cardboard) for part of their main structure, walls and floors.
Unless they specifically say they are Made In America,
they are NOT. I use top quality 7 ply Baltic Birch
(finished both sides, a light bleached color that can either
be painted, stained or finished to your taste) typically used in high end cabinetry
& drawers.
Sections are slotted with 1/8" depth grooves, pre-drilled for ease in matting
and final assembly. There are only between 10 & 13 major pieces
to put together in these easy to assemble dollhouses.
The Barbie size Doll house Kit's normally take two to three hours to
assemble the main structure, but take your time so that it turns out right the first time.
Also, when you buy our competitor's dollhouses they
usually come with NO support in case you have questions during assembly or
finishing. I provide FREE support throughout the entire process from
assembly through finishing your great Heirloom. I want you to feel good
about your finished product. Our dollhouses are designed and cut for easy
assembly. If you can squeeze glue and pound a small nail and read English
using the detailed illustrated instructions that come with each dollhouse,
that's the only ability needed to assemble this great Heirloom. When you
order the shingles and siding, attaching them is easy using a hot Glue Gun or
wood glue.
Each dollhouse comes with Nails, Sandpaper and a Square to help you with your
assembly. Just purchase a bottle of a good quality wood glue (Tightbond II exterior wood glue) and your ready to go. Also, each
dollhouse is signed and dated including my
copyright stamp reflecting quality and pride in our products. Our dollhouses are Proudly Made In America using
only the best materials to ensure the Heirloom quality. The wooden dollhouse Furniture is designed for
Barbie and other Fashion Dolls. The furniture and dollhouse can also be used for
smaller dolls. This Heirloom Toy is an excellent investment for

Barbie size Wood
Dollhouse's
are sized for Barbie dolls and other Fashion dolls. Doll house furniture is assembled. Dollhouse supplies and
accessories may include some miniature scale. These are true Heirloom Toys,
designed to be played with, cherished, and then to be passed down from one
generation to the next. The Barbie size Doll houses
are Kit's and ONLY take a couple of hours to
assemble the major pieces, but take your time so that it turns out right the first time. All
of our dollhouses and other Heirloom Toy products are uniquely designed

construction including pre- drilled holes for easy assembly, scallop trim, cutout

pre-built "Pine" wood and sanded. They do not
require any further assembly, and are ready for your final finish. Remember,
