These are Dollhouses that children can play with and are true Toy Heirlooms that
will be handed down from one generation to the next. If you're looking for
an "Antique Road Show" type Heirloom that will increase in value, these are the
right
Dollhouses for you. Our competitors dollhouses are Made in China, or other
third world countries and are flimsy, crude in
construction using inferior products and lack a quality finish and appearance.
They are not made to last the test of time. They use plastics that break,
thin photo
finished paper backgrounds to mask the thin pressed wood or
standard rough cabinet grade scored
plywood used for hidden construction. "Scored" means just that (barely
marked with no slotted grooves which lack strength in joining and assembly). They also use thin MDF "manufactured density fiberboard" better
known as (pressed cardboard) for their walls and floors. I use top quality 7 ply Baltic Birch
(finished both sides, showcases light colored) typically used in high end cabinetry.
Sections are slotted with 1/8" depth grooves, pre-drilled for ease in matting
and final assembly. Also, when you buy our competitor's dollhouses they usually come with NO support
in case you have questions during assembly or finishing. I provide FREE
support throughout the entire process from assembly through finishing your great
Heirloom. I want you to feel good about your finished product. Our dollhouses are designed and cut for easy assembly.
If you can squeeze glue and pound a small nail and read English using the
detailed illustrated instructions that come with each dollhouse, that's the only ability needed
to assemble this great Heirloom. When you order the shingles and siding,
attaching them is easy using a hot Glue Gun. Each dollhouse comes with Nails,
Sandpaper and a Square to help you with your assembly. Just purchase a
bottle of a good quality wood glue and your ready to go. Also, each
dollhouse is signed and dated including my
copyright stamp reflecting quality and pride in our products. Our dollhouses are Proudly Made In America using

Barbie and other Fashion Dolls. The furniture and dollhouse can also be used for

assemble, but take your time so that it turns out right the first time. All

Creative designs that

tongue and grooved
construction including pre- drilled holes for easy assembly, scallop trim, cutout
doorways, cutout windows, built in drawers, stairs that go to each floor
including cut out stairway openings, lower steps to the extra bedroom, family
room or garage, a walk out deck with heart shaped railings, a
wood ceiling fan that turns and a spacious Dormer (bay window) for that final
touch. With the NEW addition of

that Barbie will tan but the Umbrella will keep the UV rays off! The Barbie size dollhouse "Kits"
are made of
7 ply,
3/8" Baltic Birch wood, smooth finish on "both sides" and tongue and grooved for easy
assembly. There are only between 10 & 13 major pieces
to put together in these easy to assemble dollhouses.
The Baltic Birch wood is a light bleached color that can
either be painted, stained or finished to your taste. All you need is a
hammer. I provide Wood Glue, Square, Sand Paper and Nails to help you get started.
The

pre-built "Pine" wood and sanded. They do not require any further assembly, and are ready
for your final finish. We will be shipping with haste but please allow
up to 5 working days to receive your shipment based on
availability and FedEx schedules. Remember,
the sooner you Order, the sooner you get it. As soon as we receive your order and
payment information, we will expedite your shipment to include complete detailed assembly
and finishing instructions for your KIT. Note:
