Our products can be returned within 3 days of the original purchase of the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 3 days
- The product is in its original packaging and unopened. You MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
- Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Martin Dollhouses.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.Upon receipt, promptly inspect all packages for shipping damage before opening any box. Make note of any shipping damage on the FedEx receipt form and have the driver sign in concurrence. If the driver has dropped off the box and then left, and upon your inspection you discover noticeable damage to the outside of the shipping container, immediately call FedEx (1-800-463-3339) and ask them to return to annotate and sign their concurrence on the receipt form prior to opening the package.
Take pictures of the damaged shipping container and then open to inspect for damage within. If further damage has occurred to the contents, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate steps to rectify the shipment to your satisfaction and to submit the appropriate claim to the shipping company. Time is of the essence. Any damage must be reported by us before 10 days for the claim with FedEx to be valid. We cannot process a claim after the 10-day period for damage claims. Save all packing materials and contact us immediately at Robin@MBHeirlooms.com or 512-717-5685. Failure to give notice regarding shipping or packaging damage within 3 days after receipt of shipment shall be deemed an acceptance of the goods received. Keep the FedEx receipt so that we can assess accountability for any damage.
